This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and sets out specific rules governing content that Users may not generate, store, or share through snapee.ai. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions

Any confirmed violation will result in: immediate permanent account termination; mandatory reporting to law enforcement; preservation of all relevant data; and potential civil and criminal liability.

1.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Material (CSAM / CSEM)

ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION — ZERO TOLERANCE.

  • Generating any sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive content depicting persons under 18 years of age.
  • Generating such content using fictional, animated, cartoon, manga, hentai, or AI-generated characters that are or could reasonably be perceived as under 18.
  • Attempting to bypass or disable any technical safeguards designed to prevent generation of CSAM / CSEM.
  • Uploading, storing, sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM or CSEM generated by any means.

These acts are criminal offenses under Czech Act No. 40/2009 Coll. (Sections 192–193b), EU Directive 2011/93/EU, the US PROTECT Act (18 U.S.C. § 2256 et seq.), and equivalent laws worldwide.

1.2 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII) / Deepfakes

  • Generating sexual or nude content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their demonstrable, freely given, and explicit consent.
  • Generating content intended to impersonate, defame, harass, or harm a specific real person.
  • Creating content designed to be used for extortion, blackmail, or coercion.

1.3 Illegal Content

  • Any content that violates applicable law in the Czech Republic, European Union, or the User's jurisdiction.
  • Content promoting, glorifying, or inciting terrorism, mass violence, or genocide.
  • Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.

2. Additional Content Restrictions

The following are also prohibited (graduated enforcement — warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity):

  • Generating sexual content depicting real, named public figures without clear indicators that the content is satirical and non-defamatory.
  • Systematic scraping, bulk downloading, or automated access to the Services without prior written authorization.
  • Using the Services to train competing AI models or to reverse-engineer the platform's technology.
  • Sharing account credentials, reselling access, or circumventing subscription limits.
  • Attempting to deanonymize, harass, or contact off-platform any other User of the Services.

3. Reporting Prohibited Content

If you encounter content that violates this AUP, report it through one of the channels below. For urgent CSAM cases, please report to the relevant national hotline in addition to contacting us.

4. Enforcement and Sanctions

Violations may result in:

  • Formal warning; temporary account suspension; permanent account termination.
  • Reporting to law enforcement and civil action for damages.
  • No refund will be issued where an account is terminated for AUP violations.

The Operator may cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including providing user data, logs, and generated content where legally required.

5. Technical Safeguards

The Operator implements layered safeguards designed to prevent prohibited content from being generated or distributed, and continuously evaluates and improves them. Current measures include:

  • Provider-side safety filters from our AI inference partners, which are configured to refuse prompts and outputs that target minors or other prohibited categories.
  • Server-side prompt filtering and abuse detection on chat and image generation endpoints.
  • Logging and rate-limiting of generation activity to surface automated abuse and coordinated misuse.
  • Manual review of reports submitted by Users or third parties.
  • Cooperation with hash-matching and detection services where applicable, and mandatory reporting to law enforcement when triggered.

The existence of these safeguards does not diminish User responsibility. Users remain solely and fully responsible for the content they generate and for ensuring that their use of the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction.

6. Legal Framework

This AUP ensures compliance with, among others:

  • EU Directive 2011/93/EU on combating sexual abuse and exploitation of children.
